QUALITY ACCOMMODATION AT AFFORDABLE PRICES
Our prices are very competitive for the area and the high standard of accommodation.
The prices quoted are per room per week for 2 people sharing. An extra bed for a child up to 12 years can be supplied at a small extra cost.
We would also be pleased to offer prices per night per room on request.

Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% of the total price of your booking is required to secure the reservation.
The balance is payable 6 weeks in advance of your arrival.
Booking fees to be paid by bank transfer in Euros.
Cancellations
We recognise that some times due to unforeseen circumstances your holiday dates may need to change or to be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any alteration to the dates of your booking so that we may advise if any fee is chargeable for the changes.
For cancellations made within 6 months of your arrival date we will charge you 25% of the booking fee.
For cancellations made within 3 months of your arrival date we will charge 50% of your booking fee.
If you need to make any changes to your booking, we should appreciate it if you would contact us as soon as possible.
Housekeeping
We will provide one change of bed linen per week of your stay within the price, extra bed linen changes can be arranged upon request to the Housekeeper.
